Originating new fabric blends and non-toxic high performance finishes is an ongoing priority. Among other ventures, we invest in process initiatives, innovative recycling technologies, and hybrid seed production.
Innovative Fabric Finishes
Our R&D department can be working on 30 to 40 different projects at any one time. Projects range from origination of new blends from concept through to product and presentation, to process initiatives; from development of sustainable cotton and organic cotton fabrics to the maintenance of bio-diversity in soils and production systems; from development of innovative fabric finishes that perform better than industry standards, to the up-cycling and re-cycling of yarns.
